Here's the whole play.
1
Open Claude. The Claude desktop app (or Claude Code) with browser access. That's the worker. No Claude? The full guide shows you how to run the same play with ChatGPT's agent — and how to do it with Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Buffer if you'd rather schedule it yourself.
2
Copy the routine below and paste it in.Fill in the blanks with your handles and your niche. That's it — Claude builds its own daily schedule from it.
3
Connect it to your favorite posting app.I use Buffer — the free plan covers it, and it's how my reels queue to TikTok and YouTube without me opening either app. Grab Buffer free here. You can also run it through Canva by connecting your Claude to Canva, or through Meta Business Suite — use whichever app you already know. The routine works with any of them.

Say yes to the daily schedule. From then on: you post your reel on Instagram like normal, and it shows up on TikTok and YouTube Shorts with fresh hashtags for each platform. You get a one-line receipt every day.
Set this up as a Claude routine (a scheduled task) that runs every day at 11am my time.
MY INSTAGRAM: [@YOUR HANDLE]
MY TIKTOK: [@YOUR HANDLE]
MY YOUTUBE: [YOUR CHANNEL]
MY NICHE (so hashtags are relevant): [FILL IN]
Keep a memory file of every reel you've already reposted so you never post the same one twice.
Every day:
1. Use my browser to check my Instagram for any NEW reel posted since the last run (compare against your memory file).
2. For each new reel: download the video and its thumbnail.
3. Research 5 relevant, currently-working hashtags for TikTok and 5 for YouTube Shorts in my niche — do NOT just copy my Instagram hashtags over.
4. Re-upload the video to TikTok and to YouTube Shorts with a caption that fits each platform plus those hashtags. (If I've connected a scheduler like Buffer, you can queue them there instead of uploading directly — ask me once which I prefer.)
5. Send me a one-line receipt: which reel got reposted, to which platforms, with which hashtags. Update your memory file.
Rules: keep the caption in my voice; never add hype or emojis I wouldn't use. If Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube is logged out or unreachable, tell me exactly what blocked you and do NOT mark the reel as done, so it retries next run.
