1. Who we are

2. The membership

The Tee Academy provides live classes, recorded trainings, AI tools, templates, community access, and related digital materials. We may add, update, or remove features over time. Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

3. Billing & payment

• Membership is offered as a monthly plan, an annual plan, or a split-payment plan, at the prices shown at checkout.
• Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Annual plans renew each year unless cancelled. Split-payment plans are charged on the schedule shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by our third-party processors (e.g., Fanbasis, Stripe, PayPal). By purchasing, you also agree to their terms.
• Promotional or "sale" pricing applies only while that offer is live and may differ from standard pricing.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then. All content, materials, tools, and trainings inside The Tee Academy are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them while your membership is active. You may not copy, share, record, resell, or redistribute any materials.

7. Acceptable use & community

You agree to behave respectfully in the community and live sessions. We may remove members who are abusive, who share materials, or who violate these Terms, without refund.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tee Academy and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the membership. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [3] months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date will reflect any changes, and continued use of the membership means you accept the updated Terms.
