When are the live classes?

Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays at 6 PM Central. Monday is Content Lab, Wednesday is AI Twin class, Thursday is AI Design class — landing pages, graphics, and tools built live in front of you.

What if I can't make it live?

Every single class is recorded, and the replay goes up in our app the next day. Watch it on your time, then drop your questions in the community — I'm in there daily.

I'm not techy at all. Will I be lost?

Friend, that's exactly who this room was built for. The AI does the heavy lifting, the tools are already built for you, and we start exactly where you are. If you can copy and paste, you can do this.

I sell physical products — shirts, hair, treats. Is this for me?

Yes ma'am. Physical AND digital. Branding and marketing is branding and marketing — whether it's a heat press in your garage or a digital product on your phone, the room teaches you how to get attention and turn it into sales.

What's the difference between the Mentorship and VIP?

The Mentorship is the room — all three weekly classes, every tool, the community, the replays. VIP adds me on YOUR business one-on-one: private coaching every other week, your individualized marketing plan, and a done-for-you content bundle. VIP openings are limited.

Can I cancel? And how do refunds work?

Anytime, on monthly. No contracts, no awkward phone calls, no pressure. You stay because it's working, never because you're stuck. One thing to know: your subscription bills through your payment processor — PayPal, Stripe, or Commas — so that's where you cancel it (in PayPal it's about 2 clicks under Manage Automatic Payments). Leaving the community app doesn't stop your billing. Cancel before your renewal date and you keep full access through the time you already paid for. Already-billed payments aren't refundable — the full policy is on the Terms page.

Do I need special equipment?

Your phone and a laptop are plenty. Now depending on which business model you choose, there may be AI tools or certain platforms — like for your website — that I recommend. Recommended, never required, and most have free versions to get you started.
